Since its first edition in 2012, when it was recognized as a Rio + 20 side-event, Green Rio has established itself as the bioeconomics business platform. Fair, conference, national and international matchmaking workshops, pitch / biostartups occur simultaneously at Green River.
In 2018, the growth of the event, German delegation with 32 people and German booth promoting bioeconomy consolidate Green Rio as Green Economy marketplace.
